I first found Ashley on YouTube where I started watching her channel almost daily. When I was perusing the Christian books on NetGalley and I saw her name, I knew it had to be her, so I requested the book. I was lucky enough to be given the opportunity to read and review the book before it came out!
I love the personal anecdotes that accompany each devotional lesson. They show that even those who have it “all put together” have to wait and that God does everything in His time, not ours. I especially enjoyed the anecdotes about flying as I am not good about flying myself, so I felt like I had something in common with her, besides our love for Jesus.
Although the book seems geared mostly toward women, I’m sure everyone can find value in the devotional teachings of this book. This is definitely a book that I will read again and again.
